Ingredientes

  • A Classic dish of the South Carolina Low Country
  • 3 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 gal water
  • 2 lb Keilbasa or possibly smoked sausage
  • 12 x Ears shucked corn broken into 3 - 4 inch pcs
  • 4 lb shrimp in shells

Direcciones

  1. In a large stock pot, add in the seasonings to the water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in sausage and boil, uncovered, five min. Add in corn and count five min
  3. (begin counting immediately, do not wait till water is boiling). Add in shrimp and count three min. Drain immediately.
  4. Serves 8.
