Ingredientes
- A Classic dish of the South Carolina Low Country
- 3 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 gal water
- 2 lb Keilbasa or possibly smoked sausage
- 12 x Ears shucked corn broken into 3 - 4 inch pcs
- 4 lb shrimp in shells
Direcciones
- In a large stock pot, add in the seasonings to the water and bring to a boil.
- Add in sausage and boil, uncovered, five min. Add in corn and count five min
- (begin counting immediately, do not wait till water is boiling). Add in shrimp and count three min. Drain immediately.
- Serves 8.
