Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. brown sugar Juice of one lime
  • 1 sm basket strawberries, sliced
  • 2 x bananas, sliced
  • 6 x (7 1/2 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1/2 c. low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp margarine

Direcciones

  1. Combine brown sugar and lime juice in large bowl and mix well. Add in fruit and toss to coat the fruit. Set aside.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, lowfat sour cream and cinnamon. Spread cheese mix on half of each tortilla.
  3. Heat margarine in nonstick pan over low heat till melted. Add in two folded tortillas. Cook, turning once, till warmed through. Remove to serving platter.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Spoon fruit mix over tortillas.
  5. Serves six.
