Receta Fruit Crepes

- Combine brown sugar and lime juice in large bowl and mix well. Add in fruit and toss to coat the fruit. Set aside.
- Mix ricotta cheese, lowfat sour cream and cinnamon. Spread cheese mix on half of each tortilla.
- Heat margarine in nonstick pan over low heat till melted. Add in two folded tortillas. Cook, turning once, till warmed through. Remove to serving platter.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas. Spoon fruit mix over tortillas.
- Serves six.
