Receta Fruit Crepes

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. brown sugar Juice of one lime
- 1 sm basket strawberries, sliced
- 2 x bananas, sliced
- 6 x (7 1/2 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 c. low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp margarine
Direcciones
- Combine brown sugar and lime juice in large bowl and mix well. Add in fruit and toss to coat the fruit. Set aside.
- Mix ricotta cheese, lowfat sour cream and cinnamon. Spread cheese mix on half of each tortilla.
- Heat margarine in nonstick pan over low heat till melted. Add in two folded tortillas. Cook, turning once, till warmed through. Remove to serving platter.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas. Spoon fruit mix over tortillas.
- Serves six.
