Ingredientes

  • 1 c. buckwheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 11/20 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. rice flour
  • 3/4 c. mixed fruit
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar

Direcciones

  1. Into a bowl mix flours, sugar, spice, c of t & b/soda. Mix lowfat milk & egg & add in fruit, add in dry ingredients and mix till just combined. 3/4 fill greased muffin pans & bake 350F for 10-15 mins.
