Ingredientes
- 1 c. buckwheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 11/20 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. rice flour
- 3/4 c. mixed fruit
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
Direcciones
- Into a bowl mix flours, sugar, spice, c of t & b/soda. Mix lowfat milk & egg & add in fruit, add in dry ingredients and mix till just combined. 3/4 fill greased muffin pans & bake 350F for 10-15 mins.
