Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2/3 c. fruit (blueberries, bananas or possibly minced apple)
Direcciones
- Put together dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk, egg, oil and fruit. Mix together. Bake in lined muffin tins at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
