Ingredientes

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages. lemon gelatin
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. pineapple gelatin
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle lemon juice
  • 2 (46 ounce) cans pineapple juice
  • 2 lg. bottles ginger ale
  • 3 c. water per pkg. gelatin

Direcciones

  1. Boil sugar and water together. Mix gelatin with water till dissolved. Add in other ingredients except ginger ale. Freeze in plastic containers. About 4 hrs before using, remove from freezer and allow to partially thaw. When ready to use, place partially thawed mix in punch bowl and stir and mash frzn particles with wooden spoon. Add in room temperature ginger ale just before serving. Serves 50.
