- Celery Stalk - 1, sliced (I didn't add this)
- Dry Cherries - ⅓cup
- Fresh Sage - 2tbsp, cut into thin strips
- Dried Thyme - 1tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper - ½tsp
- Black Pepper - ½tsp
- Ground Nutmeg - ¼tsp
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1½tbsp
- Pure Maple Syrup - 1½tbsp
- No-Salt Vegetable Broth - 1½cups
- Salt - to taste
