%20and%20a%20drizzle%20of%20Greek%20honey.%20I%20love%20Greek%20honey%20with%20it's%20beautiful%20hint%20of%20anise%20flavour%20.%20.%20.%20it's%20my%20favourite%20kind.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20the%20perfect%20way%20to%20start%20the%20day!%20Seriously!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Fruity%20Breakfast%20Granola*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emakes%20about%2014%20cups%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20make%20this%20as%20fruity%20as%20you%20prefer.%20I%20have%20found%20through%20the%20years%20that%20some%20fruits%20are%20not%20that%20good%20in%20it%20as%20they%20make%20it%20soggy.%20I%20don't%20recommend%20using%20any%20MOIST%20type%20of%20dried%20fruit,%20I%20prefer%20to%20use%20dried%20apricots,%20cranberries,%20raisins,%20mango,%20etc.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20160*C/325*F/%20gas%20mark%203.%20Have%20ready%20a%20couple%20of%20large%20rimmed%20baking%20sheets,%20which%20you%20have%20sprayed%20with%20nonstick%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20combine%20the%20oats,%20sunflower%20seeds,%20coconut%20and%20nuts.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20oil,%20honey,%20brown%20sugar,%20salt%20and%20vanilla%20into%20a%20saucepan.%20Heat%20over%20medium%20heat,%20stirring%20to%20dissolve%20the%20sugar.%20Pour%20the%20warm%20mixture%20over%20top%20of%20the%20oat%20mixture,%20stirring%20with%20a%20wooden%20spoon%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDivide%20the%20mixture%20in%20between%20both%20of%20the%20baking%20sheets.%20Bake%20in%20the%20heated%20oven%20for%2030%20to%2045%20minutes,%20stirring%20every%20ten%20minutes%20or%20so,%20until%20the%20granola%20is%20a%20deep%20golden%20brown.%20Allow%20to%20cool%20completely%20before%20adding%20any%20fruit.%20Store%20in%20an%20airtight%20container%20for%20up%20to%20three%20weeks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20The%20recipe%20is%20quite%20easy%20to%20cut%20in%20half.%20I%20normally%20only%20bake%20a%20half%20recipe%20at%20a%20time%20because%20they%20are%20now%20just%20the%20two%20of%20us.%20Makes%20a%20nice%20snack%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
