Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. plus 2 T butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 T plus 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 env. Nestles choco bake
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 ounce pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits (about 1 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cake: Cream 2 tbsp butter with cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and corn starch. Add in 1 egg, 2 tbsp lowfat milk, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat at high speed till smooth and creamy (set aside). Put together flour with 2 cups sugar, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda in large mixing bowl. Add in 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup lowfat milk. Blend well at lowest speed. Beat 1 1/2 min. Add in 1/3 cup lowfat milk, 2 large eggs, choco bake and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat 1 1/2 min on low. Spread 1/2 batter in greased and lightly floured bundt or possibly tube pan. Spoon cream cheese mix over batter. Then spoon in rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost.Frosting: Put together lowfat milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Blend in chocolate bits. Stir in vanilla and confectioners sugar. Beat till spreading consistency.
