Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Canned tomatoes, liquid removed and slightly broken up
  • 1 1/4 c. Well crumbled toasted bread
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Peheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a small baking dish. Mix the tomatoes, bread crumbs, brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to the baking dish and bake till the pudding bubbles and browns, about 50 min. Let cold a little before serving.
