Ingredientes
- 2 c. Canned tomatoes, liquid removed and slightly broken up
- 1 1/4 c. Well crumbled toasted bread
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Melted butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Peheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a small baking dish. Mix the tomatoes, bread crumbs, brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to the baking dish and bake till the pudding bubbles and browns, about 50 min. Let cold a little before serving.
