Receta G.'S German Potato Salad

- Cook potatoes in skins, cold slightly, peel and thinly slice. Salt and pepper to taste. While potatoes are cooling, fry bacon till crisp. Drain. In about 1/4 c. bacon grease fry onions till golden brown. To pan, with heat source still on low, add in flour and mix well. Then add in sugar, mix, followed by vinegar and water. Let thicken. Pour mix over potatoes. Add in crumbled bacon, gently mix together. Serve hot.
