Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Lump Crabmeat
  • 3/4 c. Italian dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1 lrg Egg -- beaten
  • 1/4 c. Quality Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard -- pref. Coleman's
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes Or possibly -- 2 t Fresh chopped Canola oil -- for frying Lemon Wedges

  1. Carefully pick over crabmeat, without breaking it up.. Add in breadcrumbs and mix gently.. In a separate bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Gently blend with crab mix. Form into 6 patties.. Fry the cakes in oil until golden brown, about 3 min per side. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
