Receta Galveston Crab Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lump Crabmeat
- 3/4 c. Italian dry Breadcrumbs
- 1 lrg Egg -- beaten
- 1/4 c. Quality Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard -- pref. Coleman's
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes Or possibly -- 2 t Fresh chopped Canola oil -- for frying Lemon Wedges
Direcciones
- Carefully pick over crabmeat, without breaking it up.. Add in breadcrumbs and mix gently.. In a separate bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Gently blend with crab mix. Form into 6 patties.. Fry the cakes in oil until golden brown, about 3 min per side. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
