Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lrg red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 lrg tomatoes, coarsely minced
  • 1 x pimento or possibly red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 x jalapenos, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 c. freshly cooked garbanzo beans, liquid removed, Or possibly
  • 2 can garbanzo beans (15 ounce.), liquid removed and rinsed

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigeratein the refrigerator at least 2 hrs before serving.
  2. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: My favorite way to serve this salad is with some sliced cheese and crusty sourdough bread.
