Receta Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lrg red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 lrg tomatoes, coarsely minced
- 1 x pimento or possibly red bell pepper, minced
- 1 x jalapenos, minced
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 c. freshly cooked garbanzo beans, liquid removed, Or possibly
- 2 can garbanzo beans (15 ounce.), liquid removed and rinsed
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigeratein the refrigerator at least 2 hrs before serving.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: My favorite way to serve this salad is with some sliced cheese and crusty sourdough bread.
