Ingredientes

  • 1 c. low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 x scallions chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 c. cauliflower florets
  • 2 med carrots peeled, and sliced diagonally
  • 1 sm red pepper cored, seeded, and sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Heat the broth in a wok or possibly heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in the garlic, ginger and scallions and stir fry for 3 min.
  2. Add in the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and stir fry for 5 min. Add in the red pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. Cover and steam for 5 min.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
