Receta Garden Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 c. low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 x scallions chopped
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 c. cauliflower florets
- 2 med carrots peeled, and sliced diagonally
- 1 sm red pepper cored, seeded, and sliced thin
- 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat the broth in a wok or possibly heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in the garlic, ginger and scallions and stir fry for 3 min.
- Add in the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and stir fry for 5 min. Add in the red pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. Cover and steam for 5 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
