Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb gar fillets
  • 1 bot ketchup - (15 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Louisiana warm sauce
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 x lemon

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except the meat and lemon in a large shallow glass baking dish. Add in the meat, cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. The next day, stir it up and place in a 400 degree oven for about one hour. Check the dish twice during cooking, and rake juice over the meat.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice on the meat before serving.
