Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb gar fillets
- 1 bot ketchup - (15 ounce)
- 1/4 c. Louisiana warm sauce
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 x onion minced
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 x lemon
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except the meat and lemon in a large shallow glass baking dish. Add in the meat, cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, stir it up and place in a 400 degree oven for about one hour. Check the dish twice during cooking, and rake juice over the meat.
- Squeeze lemon juice on the meat before serving.
