Ingredientes

  • 2 cans artichokes (in water), liquid removed
  • 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed or possibly 3 teaspoon of prepared crushed garlic
  • Loaf of sourdough baguette, sliced

Direcciones

  1. In your processor, mix mayonnaise, garlic and cheese. Add in artichokes; process so which some chunks remain.Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly, about 20 min. Serve with sourdough baguettes for dipping.
