Receta Garlic Mustard Dressing Russo And Lukins

Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. dijon mustard 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 1/4 tsp salt freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

2 x cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

1. Combine mustard and vinegar in the bowl of a mini food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and process for 1 minute.
2. Add in garlic cloves and process briefly. Add in oil slowly and process till the mix is thick. Taste and correct seasoning. Dressing should be very garlicky.
3. Transfer to a storage container and chill till ready to use.
4. Notes: Makes 1 1/2 c.
