Garlic Parmesan Crisps

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 4 x Pita bread, 6"
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Dry basil

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic salt till well blended. Split each pita in half to make two rounds. Spread each with butter mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil. Cut each round into 6 wedges; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly till crisp.
  2. Yield: 4 dozen.
