Receta Garlic Shrimp with Basil

- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add shrmp and cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute per side. Transfer to plate.
- Add remaining oil, garlic, and 1/2 tsp pepper to empty skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in wine and tomatoes and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Off heat, whisk in basil, butter, capers, and lemon juice. Add shrimp and any accumulated juices to skilley. Cover and let sit until shrimp are heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
