- 3 lrg baking potato, scrubbed
- 1/3 c. roasted garlic oil Spicy Ketchup
- 3/4 c. warm tomato salsa
- 3/4 c. ketchup salt pepper
Direcciones
- Parboil the potatoes for 15 min.
- With a serrated edged knife, cut each potato into six wedges.
- Brush with oil and grill for 10-12 min till crisp on all sides.
- Spicy Ketchup:Mix the salsa and ketchup together and set aside for the dipping sauce.
