Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Elbow macaroni or possibly radiatore, or possibly other medium past Uncooked
  • 3 lrg Ripe tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 med Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely di
  • 1 med Red onion, diced
  • 2 c. Vegetable or possibly tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 16 ounce Canned cannellini beans, liquid removed and rinsed w
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; serve.
