- 3 lrg Ripe tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 med Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely di
- 1 med Red onion, diced
- 2 c. Vegetable or possibly tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 16 ounce Canned cannellini beans, liquid removed and rinsed w
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water.
