Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken, 1 inch cubes
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1 c. flour
  • 5 stalk bok choy, sliced
  • 1 x red, green, and warm pepper, in strips
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp. chinese chili paste w/ garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 12 x black peppercorns
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil for stir frying oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Dip chicken in egg then in flour and deep-fry. In bowl, mix water, soy, cornstarch, vinegar, hoisin, rice wine, sugar, chili paste, peppercorns ,& cayenne. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and stir fry garlic and ginger. In a few seconds, add in peppers and bok choy. Fry 1 minutes, add in sauce and meat. Stir til sauce thickens and coats. Serve on rice.
