Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce) Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker or possibly Butter Flavored Pie Crust
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 (1 pound 14 ounce) can cherry pie filling)
  • 1 T corn starch
  • 1 T water
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. quick cooking oats
  • 3 T butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet till light brown, about 5 min. Place cherry pie filling in bowl. Put together corn starch and water to make a smooth paste. Mix into cherry pie filling and spoon into prepared crust.Put together sugar, brown sugar, flour and oats; fold in melted butter. Spoon oat mix over pie filling. Bake for 35 min. Cool on wire rack.
