Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted, cooled
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 t water

Direcciones

  1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 F. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in medium bowl: Stir in butter. Whisk together yolk and water. Add in to flour mix. Stir with fork till well blended. Press mix proportionately onto bottom and up sides of 9" glass pie plate. Bake till set and just beginning to color, about 15 min.
