Ingredientes

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 box confectioner's sugar, (1 lb.)
  • 1 lrg can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 5 x bananas, peel & halve lengthwise
  • 1 ct Cold Whip, (9-ounce.)
  • 1 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 sm bottle maraschino cherries

Direcciones

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. butter, and sugar; mix well. Pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 10 min. Cold. Cream Large eggs, confectioner's sugar, and 1 c. softened butter together till light and fluffy. Pour over crust. Spread pineapple over top. Arrange banana halves over pineapple. Spread Cold Whip over bananas.
  2. Sprinkle with pecans. Indent lightly into sections. Place one cherry in center of each section. Refrigeratethoroughly. A layer of strawberries may be placed over bananas for variation, if you like.
