Receta Geraldine's Banana Split Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 box confectioner's sugar, (1 lb.)
- 1 lrg can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 5 x bananas, peel & halve lengthwise
- 1 ct Cold Whip, (9-ounce.)
- 1 c. pecans, minced
- 1 sm bottle maraschino cherries

- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. butter, and sugar; mix well. Pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 10 min. Cold. Cream Large eggs, confectioner's sugar, and 1 c. softened butter together till light and fluffy. Pour over crust. Spread pineapple over top. Arrange banana halves over pineapple. Spread Cold Whip over bananas.
- Sprinkle with pecans. Indent lightly into sections. Place one cherry in center of each section. Refrigeratethoroughly. A layer of strawberries may be placed over bananas for variation, if you like.
