German Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 stk margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened

Direcciones

  1. Microwave the chocolate and margarine on HIGH for 2 min. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Stir in 3/4 c. sugar till well blended. Add in 2 Large eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in 1/2 c. flour and nuts till well mixed. Spread mix into greased 8-in. square pan.
  4. Mix cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1 Tbsp. flour in bowl till smooth. Spoon over brownie mix; swirl with knife to marblize.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold; cut into 16 squares.
