- Cream butter, stir in egg, potatoes, cheese and seasonings; add in just sufficient lowfat milk to crumbs to make a paste; stir in potato mix. Shape in small balls, cook in boiling salted water 5 min and serve in warm beef bouillon.
- Tootie Notes: When I fix these the lowfat milk addition has to be to feel. 3 Tbsp. is an approximate amount. Add in lowfat milk slowly till the consistency is reached.
