Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg head green leaf lettuce, washed dry and torn into pcs
  • 8 x red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 lrg carrot, shredded
  • 1 lrg dill pickle, diced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. light extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Use light extra virgin olive oil for this salad, virgin extra virgin olive oil will taste too strong.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together lettuces, radishes, carrot, and dill pickle. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Add in extra virgin olive oil in a thin stream, whisking to combine. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Garnish with dill pickle spears, if you like.
  3. Makes 6 servings. Vegan
