Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange peel
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs, separated
  • 1 1/4 c. oat flour, sifted
  • 1 1/4 c. brown rice flour, sifted
  • 4 teaspoon of baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or possibly almond extract

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter well to incorporate air, gradually adding sugar.
  2. Beat in egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt. Add in dry ingredients to creamed butter mix alternately with 1/2 c. water. Beat well. Add in extract.
  4. In a very clean bowl (one trick is to rub the bowl with vinegar), beat egg whites till stiff but not dry. Fold gently into batter.
  5. Turn mix into 2 greased layer cake pans.
  6. Bake in preheated 350
