Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter, plus more for greasing skillet
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Confectioner's sugar, melted butter and lemon juice (optional)
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a 9-by-10 inch oven-safe skillet.
  3. In a medium bowl, gradually add in flour to beaten Large eggs, beating with rotary beater. Stir in lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. butter and salt. Pour batter into skillet.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. Serve warm, cut into wedges. If you like, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice and melted butter.
