Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter, plus more for greasing skillet
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Confectioner's sugar, melted butter and lemon juice (optional)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a 9-by-10 inch oven-safe skillet.
- In a medium bowl, gradually add in flour to beaten Large eggs, beating with rotary beater. Stir in lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. butter and salt. Pour batter into skillet.
- Bake 20 min.
- Serve warm, cut into wedges. If you like, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice and melted butter.
