Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 x apple, cored, and, minced
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. flour juice and zest of one lemon icing sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Heat the butter in a fry pan and add in the apple.
  3. Cook for 2 min, while you make the batter.
  4. Combine the egg, lowfat milk, flour and lemon zest and beat till smooth.
  5. Pour into the fry pan over the apples, and place the pan in the oven for 12 min, till puffy and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with a little of the lemon juice, then the icing sugar and serve.
