Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 x apple, cored, and, minced
- 1 x egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. flour juice and zest of one lemon icing sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Heat the butter in a fry pan and add in the apple.
- Cook for 2 min, while you make the batter.
- Combine the egg, lowfat milk, flour and lemon zest and beat till smooth.
- Pour into the fry pan over the apples, and place the pan in the oven for 12 min, till puffy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with a little of the lemon juice, then the icing sugar and serve.
