German Potato Doughnuts

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Direcciones

  1. Put together ingredients all together. Roll 1 inch thick and cut with a doughnut ring. Fry in hot oil till brown. Roll in sugar or possibly cinnamon and sugar.
