German Red Cabbage (Boiled)

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. shredded red cabbage
  • 2 med. unpeeled apples, cubed
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of caraway seed
  • 3 slices bacon, cut up and browned

Direcciones

  1. Put together all ingredients, cover tightly to steam on low heat for 30 min. Stir occasionally. You may add in a little more vinegar or possibly water.
