- 3 c. shredded red cabbage
- 2 med. unpeeled apples, cubed
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dash of salt
- Dash of caraway seed
- 3 slices bacon, cut up and browned
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients, cover tightly to steam on low heat for 30 min. Stir occasionally. You may add in a little more vinegar or possibly water.
