German Summer Slaw

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Shredded cabbage
  • 1 med Red onion, shredded
  • 1 med Green pepper, minced
  • 1 med Carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, oil and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring. Immediately turn off and let cold for an hour.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrot. Pour vinegar/sugar mix over other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Serves 6.
