Ingredientes

2/3 c. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tsp Freshly grated ginger root
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 c. Wine vinegar
2/3 c. Soy sauce
1/4 tsp MSG (Optional)

Direcciones

Combine ingedients thoroughly till sugar is dissolved. Let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before brushing on pork during cooking.
