- 2/3 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger root
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp MSG (Optional)
Direcciones
- Combine ingedients thoroughly till sugar is dissolved. Let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before brushing on pork during cooking.
