Ingredientes

  • 12 x Carrots peeled cut 1 in Lengths
  • 4 Tbsp. Sweet butter
  • 1/4 c. Browned sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Caraway seeds

Direcciones

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water 20-30 min till tender. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in brown sugar, ginger and caraway seeds. Mix and set aside.
  2. When carrots are done drain and return to the pot. Pour butter mix over them and cook over low heat for 5 min stirring occasionally. Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
