Receta Ginger Candied Carrots

Ingredientes
- 12 x Carrots peeled cut 1 in Lengths
- 4 Tbsp. Sweet butter
- 1/4 c. Browned sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Caraway seeds
Direcciones
- Cook carrots in boiling water 20-30 min till tender. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in brown sugar, ginger and caraway seeds. Mix and set aside.
- When carrots are done drain and return to the pot. Pour butter mix over them and cook over low heat for 5 min stirring occasionally. Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
